Becky is great. She knows her stuff and is professional yet relaxed. She's lovely to chat to and treatment never seems to last long enough, due to the '''chill' feeling. Her pricing is also excellent.

I went to Beautify to have HD Brows done, it states (Red carpet brows) in their price leaflet. When I phoned about them, the lady stated it was the same 7 step process, price 25. I was showed in to the treatment room, the only thing I was asked was what shape I would like my eyebrows to be, to which I wasn't sure I thought it was her job tell me what was going to be right for my face shape. I was then asked to lie on the treatment bed, the lady then just went to work on my eyebrows with out telling me anything she was doing, I had a piece of card stuck to my eyebrows to which I presume she was putting the tint on, then she made me jump putting the wax on to my brows as again their was no indication of what she was about to do, she didn't talk me through any steps of the treatment, she then carried on with the wax strips and before I knew it I was done, was literally in their for about 15 minutes for 25, which after I got home and saw how little was done for the money I was very disappointed, and I had no after care advice to all the redness and swelling from the waxing, which looked really bad, but nothing was mentioned of it, a big fat nothing. My eyebrow shape isn't even either, was just a tint and a wax, which they charge 10 for anyway, nothing HD or Red carpet about it. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED...feel like I've just thrown 25 down the drain.
